Our mission statement is to build local. Our menu is built with ingredients from Ula Farms and Blanche Farms. We have built a loyal neighborhood feeding and watering hole. Our wine list, signature cocktails, extensive bourbon menu and 20 draft beer taps have been built to compliment Chef’s seasonal menu. In addition to all this, live entertainment on our porch has brought some of the Souths most up and coming performers to Bolingbroke. Our Team goal at Marrow41 is to achieve the highest level of culinary and service standards without pretense, arrogance or presumption.
